Hire of the Hall
The venue is available to you all day, early access is from 8 am, for suppliers to set up for your special day. The hall is hired all day until 12.45 am, last orders are at midnight and entertainment should finish before half past 12. The venue should be cleared for 1 am, so please pre-book taxis for 12.45 am.
You can set up personal items the day before if the venue has nothing booked in. If there is an event in the hall the day before your wedding personal touches are installed by the team the morning of your wedding. We work very closely with couples in the run-up to the day to ensure all elements are covered. We have an extensive list that is checked in the week before your wedding. Mock tables and plenty of pictures are done so you can be assured your finishing touches are executed correctly.
Wedding Coordinator services including master of ceremonies.
Our small team of wedding coordinators will be on hand to help through the planning stages of your wedding. On the day we here to ensure your day runs smoothly and on time. We are available to answer your questions, make sense of the wedding planning and ensure you and your guests are completely taken care of. Announcements for arrival and speeches can be done by the team if needed.
Classic bespoke room decorations
In this package special bespoke touches have been added to create the classic wedding atmosphere. Strands of fairy lights hang from the ceiling beside dramatic white drapes. The stunning bespoke white star cloth gives the perfect additional soft lighting and backdrop for your day, with a cosy space to chill out on the soft rattan furnishings to take everything in. You are welcome to create your own centrepieces or we have wonderful florists and decor suppliers we can recommend for finishing touches. Focused LED spot lights and LED uplights are installed to guarantee the hall is lit in the best possible way for your wedding. Additional bespoke room decor can be added and should be arranged with external decor companies.
The mobile bar is installed and for your use throughout the day as a cash bar. Packages can be prebooked and tailored to what you like to drink. Have a look at some example packages on our Wedding Bar page.
With our packages, you get 100 Cheltenham white chairs, these are classic white chairs that do not require chair covers. They are easily dressed in bows, sashes or other chair decoration we have some fantastic suppliers if you require any recommendations.
6ft round tables are provided to seat between 8 -12 people, our recommendation is 10 per table to allow ample elbow room for eating. The tables are dressed in White linen and come with the white napkins also.
A top table consisting of three trestle tables will easily seat 10 people, this can be adapted depending on your requirements. A trestle table is provided for your gift table and a smaller round cake table. all dressed in white linen..
The package contains a total of 9 round tables, 4 trestle tables and chairs for 100 guests, more can be added for an additional £4.20 per chair, £17.40 per trestle table & £34.20 per round table, these prices include all VAT and linen required. Additional furniture is added to your final invoice before the wedding once your numbers have confirmed.
To ensure you and your guests have the best welcome, wedding-specific parking signs are installed, and a personalised welcome sign at the entrance to the Courtyard. The hallway is dressed with the white drapes and fairy lights leading the way into your perfect wedding.
